Park City

Gma and Gma Holtry are visiting and are at an awesome resort in Park City.

First off...it kills me that a resort "room" is bigger than our WHOLE apartment.

Second off...We loved every second.

We are so thankful that Logan has Mondays off so that we were able to go take a day away from reality....even with colds :)

 This beautiful couple have been married 49 Years on Saturday!  TRUE LOVE!

 Can't wait for our 49th...and beyond :)

 Kai LOVES his Gma and Gpa Holtry...Avery takes a while to give anything other than a scowl to anyone..we'll work on that!

 It's growing! In case any of you want to join us next year :)

 Kai loved cheering "woooo" on the stairs and hiding.  Do you think the kid needs more attention?

Logan and I don't watch a ton of sports...or any.

I didn't even have a "real" BYU shirt for crying out loud.

We love to play them..just haven't gotten into watching them, sad day!

But one thing I love is competition..or rivals....so when it came to the BYU/Utah game, 

I WAS IN!

Not to mention the good friends we have met here that we LOVE spending time with.

So although we were sad there wasn't another ending, we had a really good time laughing, cheering and eating.  What could be better than that?

BYU winning, you say?...touché!

P.s. When did Kai grow up and play with the big kids?  We pretty much didn't see him the whole time we were there....definitely a brand new parenting moment for me! 

P.P.S. Today we are paying for letting the kids stay up so late.  UGH! 

ARGH!!!!

Some days it's just fun to dress up...especially when there are free donuts involved ;)

I guess everyone and their DOG thought so too.  

But thanks to my patient man we got 2 dozen donuts "for freeeeeeee"

 ...but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I feel like I have had to say this a lot lately...out of necessity and pure comfort...but I am so thankful for Eternal families.
